AEA HP Max MK2 - Semi-Auto Upgrade Kit

The HP Max MK2 is supplied as a manual repeater from the factory. With this official semi-auto upgrade kit, the rifle can be converted to semi-automatic operation for a faster and more dynamic shooting experience.

Important: This upgrade kit is only compatible with the AEA HP Max MK2 platform.

• Semi-Auto Loading Spring ×1
• Heavy-Pull Loading Levers (Left & Right) ×1 set

Installation Requirements

To convert your HP Max MK2 to semi-automatic operation, the following modifications are required:

1. Install the Semi-Auto Loading Spring
Replace the standard spring with the dedicated semi-auto loading spring included in this kit.
2. Replace the Loading Levers
Install the supplied heavy-pull loading levers on both the left and right sides of the rifle.
3. Adjust the Regulator Pressure
For reliable semi-auto cycling, the regulator should be set between 130 and 180 BAR.

The optimal setting may vary depending on caliber, projectile weight, and power configuration.

Important Notes

• AEA semi-automatic airguns require a minimum output of approximately 30 joules to cycle reliably.
• If the rifle is configured below 30 joules, the semi-auto system may not function correctly, and the rifle will need to be manually cocked after each shot.
• Proper regulator adjustment and tuning are essential for consistent semi-auto performance.
