The AEA Sonic is a revolutionary PCP bullpup air rifle engineered for ultra-high-pressure performance, operating at up to 7000 PSI (480 BAR). Available in Compact (18") and Sniper (32") configurations, the Sonic delivers blistering power in a sleek, tactical form factor. Whether you’re hunting or engaging in long-range shooting, this platform redefines ballistic performance—marking the first practical implementation of supersonic slug firing in the airgun world.

With a regulated system (adjustable from 100 BAR to 250 BAR), the Sonic delivers consistent, devastating energy. The .30 caliber version is capable of reaching over 200 FPE and speeds up to 1400 FPS—surpassing the speed of sound using standard 50gr slugs. The Compact model, while shorter, still produces up to 120+ FPE with 30+ shots per fill, outperforming many full-size PCP rifles.

AEA semi auto airguns require at least a 30 Joules configuration to cycle and effectively become semi-auto airguns.

When set to a lower power, these airguns cannot function in semi-auto and require the user to manually operate the bolt after each shot.

For this reason, when set to < 30Joules, AEA airguns that would normally be semi-auto become repeater airguns. This makes them legal under UK standards.
