General Shipping Information

We proudly ship to most countries worldwide, except Russia and China.

Please note that during busy periods, shipping times may be longer than usual. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days, excluding pre-orders. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information.

Important note for air rifles: To ensure proper quality control, all rifle orders are shipped within 1–5 business days. This allows our team to carefully inspect and test each product before dispatch.

Address Accuracy

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including phone number and street number. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes under any circumstances.

If a package is misplaced due to incomplete or incorrect address information, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately via the submission form. Do not contact the courier directly. We will handle corrections to avoid delivery issues. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made in time.

Contacting the courier directly may lead to delivery complications. If the package is lost due to uncoordinated changes, refunds or replacements cannot be provided.

Our shipping policy ensures that your order is handled efficiently and securely so it reaches you as intended.

Special Cases by Region

Turkey

Shipping to Turkey can be challenging. Customers must contact us via the submission form before placing orders to confirm feasibility and ensure smooth processing.

Countries with Specific Legal Requirements

Certain countries have regulations that may require adjustments to products (e.g., airguns). Customers in the following countries must contact us before ordering to ensure compliance with local laws:

  • Germany
  • Saudi Arabia
  • Argentina
  • Brazil
  • South Korea
  • Taiwan
  • Ukraine

Failure to consult us may result in delays or issues with shipping or customs clearance.

Legal Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase and possession of our products comply with local laws. Wolfiek Group is not liable for misuse or legal restrictions in your region.

Shipping to the European Union, United Kingdom, and United States

If your order remains in transit for more than 60 days, you may request a refund by completing the submission form. Refunds will be processed 90 days after shipment to allow time for investigation.

Shipping to Other Countries

For non-EU countries (excluding the UK and USA), responsibility for the shipment transfers to the buyer once it leaves Spain. This includes customs charges, transit issues, or delivery problems in the destination country.

Customs Duties: Buyers are responsible for any customs charges incurred when importing our products.

Once dispatched from Spain, Wolfiek Group is no longer responsible for transit or customs issues. Refunds or replacement shipments cannot be offered for these problems.
